Despite strong revenue, their sales and customer service teams were operating from a shared inbox - with no visibility over who owned what, no pipeline tracking, and no way to report on performance. Every customer interaction lived in email. Nothing was measured.
What We Did
Pro CRM Solutions led a full HubSpot onboarding across Sales Hub Pro, Marketing Hub Pro, and Service Hub Pro for a team of 19. We structured their CRM from scratch, built automated workflows to replace manual processes, configured an appointment booking system, and delivered a suite of dashboards giving leadership real-time visibility for the first time.
